Eddy...I forgot to mention in my earlier post to you....if you are still trying to locate 4ft lengths of Balsa at sensible prices then Balsacabin may have what you require.

The problem with BalsaCabin is that they have a minimum order value of £25 and £7.50 carriage - That gives a total of £32.50.... I only need two sheets of 48" x 1/2" x 4" balsa which is priced at £3.20 per sheet....

So I want £6.40 worth of stuff and they will charge me £32.50 for it!!!

Needless to say I won't be using BalsaCabin anytime soon! - Their loss, I will find another way of doing what I want. I wish that these suppliers would realise they are losing business by being far too greedy!

Yes I could order other items to bring it up to their minimum order value - But that would just be buying for the sake of buying, NOT because it was something that I required.

I appreciate you trying to help, but as a manufacturer/supplier yourself I hope you'll understand my comments...

Have you tried Flitehook? They did 42" lengths for me

I got my last lot from them - excellemt quality, and price. Didn't even want the money up front - just sent a bill with the wood with an SAE to pop a checque into!
