Where is Southchurch Park Mick? I assume it's in the south of England somewhere?

Just curious, coz basically I'm a nosey sod! :-)

It's at Southend-On-Sea (SMPBC is southend model power boat club, I believe - but 'power boat' doesn't refer to those high speed racing boats, some members have fast electrics but most have scale electric models - mostly tugs, and there are also several sailing models, especially thames barges...)
It's near to where I now work so I can go there on my season ticket at the weekend  :D

Well, I went there and stayed for about 2-and-a-half hours, no paddlers to be seen though... :(
Maybe I should join and bring one of my own - if I ever get one finished that is, it's a funny thing, when I was unemployed I had all the time in the world for building but couldn't afford the cost of buying basic materials, electronics etc... now I have a job, I don't seem to have any spare time, and progress, even on the paper boats has dropped to about half an hour each evening - and just as one of them is almost complete too...  :x
