Down under weather
« on: December 05, 2005, 09:58:53 AM »
Hi to all our PD's Downunder  :vacat  ,
It's finally reached the point in my part of Upover were the weather forecast for the next week is ALL BELOW FREEZING :ohno , The SUN sets before 5:00 PM :darn  and we have snow on the ground. Our outdoor boating season has been over since Thanksgiving (Oct. 10)  :sob  :sob  , and we need some inspiration :angel  so how about some shots of your models (Boats please, I have nothing against the other type especially the girls :sunglasses  :terrific  :bravo  :great  but that would defiantly be well  :offtopic  and we don't want problems with  :spam ). So help us get through to spring up here  .
Regards,
Gerald
Be wary of strong drink. It can make you shoot at tax collectors--and miss. Lazarus Long

Gerald,
If you get bored you can visit my site and spend an hour or so looking for the faults in my models   (I do pretty good at covering up stuff).
http://www.towboatjoe.com
Go to the models page for a list of models to click on. I'f you're mostly into paddlers, you'll like the Lady Lois and George M. Verity. 8)

If you like tugs, I have some drawings I have uploaded for some Boatnerd friends on a hidden page  :shhh

Sorry about the boom icon, I was just in the mood to shoot something  :P

Where I am currently the weather is fluctuating! Hot yesterday freezing and rain all day today! meh not worth it!

I'll try and get more photos of the progress of the Grebe- my real little paddler-  to keep you all updated that is when I get time to work on her!

Alexander Arbuthnot has some paint on her now...not fully covered! AND OMG MICK I'm so sorry I'll get your thing in the mail this week or next week at the latest!

sorry!

So until we get nicer weather there will be no paddling for me!
