Thanks for the prompt replies chaps. The three paddlers released by
Triang- minic are best descibed as thumbprints in metal. They depict
three totaly different paddlers using the same casting, only
differentiated by funnel colours! A scottish firm called Clydeside
produced a range of Clyde paddlers some years ago, I belive it was
quite an extenive choice ( anyone got the full list) I have two of
them, Jeanie Deans and Waverley, quite neat at 1200th scale, but I am
looking out for more of the range. A wargames producer made a couple
of nice WW2 armed paddlers ((one of them HMS Aristocrat ex Talisman)
again, which firm?. the larger scale range still eludes me, I will
have to go to the library and look through ten year old back-issues
of Shgips Monthly and Sea Breeezes! Any further information would be
most welcome. Cheers for now, Walter
