This has been a static b&b for many years.  See reply 16, hopefully via this direct link:

In April-May it was offered for sale online, on Gumtree.  The ad had several interior photos, and the usual spiel 'hurry, this won't last'.
I went to the link, and it has lapsed already.  I suspect sold rather than withdrawn.
