There will be some repair work to do, but it`s worth to do it!

i'm thinking about it
the model is 1.80 meters long ,probaly around 1/24 scale
what do you guys think ? buy or not ?

IF it is the Chieftain, this is 1 : 20 measure, I would try to fit it with LifeSteam drive! What should be the price?

For a model of that size! That is cheap!
As I wrote above, take it, this is a once in a lifetime chance, you cant go wrong with that! But it will use some work for restauration, and even some time. As I saw,the railings are damaged on some places, the paint is worn out, and I have`nt seen the technical details, wich will als not be the newest. But I would risk it!

Guess what , i made an offer just under asking price and asked the guy to let me know the answer.
well i got an answer  :-(  i could have it for 470€ ???
i replied an send him a print screen of his own ad with asking price of 250€
he answered , oh well that was just a mistake
sorry it was a nice boat but i don't deal with people like that
one should double or triple check an ad before placing it i think
and doubling the asking price of an item is no way to do straitforward buisness
i don't think a lot of paddlers woud like to deal with people like that
so end of story , no Chieftain for me
i'll stick to my Wodan ( must be finished anyhow )
