90 mm Paddle wheels

Hi
Is there anyone out there kind enough and able to craft me 4x90 mm paddle wheels. I have tried and tried to cut these out but to no avail.
I have attached a picture of the type very plain no fancy work.
If you are able to make them for me please pm me and let me know the cost.

g day solo,
if you contact a laser cutter , business, they will cut out anything , for a price $$
you need to be careful of weight, don't use brass+you can bolt on the float w stainless 2 mm bolts , bent to form "J" bolts .
i have done this for a adelaide set of p wheels , now i tend to get float a boat HIPS kits , have you tried brewer for a set ??
im sorry i dont have spare time to build them for you , good luck
