If you have tried contacting him over the Christmas period, he may be away, and as far as I'm aware the contact details on his web-site still apply.
Have you tried to "pm" him on here?
Kim is known as Talisman on the forum, try that, but have patience over the festive season.
He normally is very easily contacted and most helpful
