Is the Talisman Paddle steamer constructed from wood or is there a fibre glass
hull available

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

As far as i know there is only one commercially available hull for Talisman.
It is made from fiberglass.
There are plans available if you'd prefer to make a wooden hull.
