As some of you will know Iam very new to P.S,s I bought from e-bay what I thought was the Waverly but it turns out to be the Jeanie Deans , any how before I dicovered Paddleducks I started to restore said boat and not knowing a lot about paddle boats I did what I can only describe as a freelance re-build. Having one or two problems I was advised of this site and to my great surprise I recieved so much help I informed some members of my local club who have themseves become members of the Paddleduck family. It is with keen interest I follow all the builds going on and glean lots of information about building techniques etc. Thank you to every one who share their knowlege so freely and to every one who helped me in particular. My boat Waverly/Jeanie Deans/Harold(my name for her?him?) is finally on the water andis giving me and surprisingly other people a lot ot plesure. Prefering to restore rather than build from keel up Iam lookig for another paddle project I think I got the bug.
Cheers Old Man
