Just a mature newbie trying to work out how this fancy type writer works, so I can say "HI" to all from the hills behind Melbourne, Australia.

I am from the city in front of the hills behind Melbourne.
In which waterway do you place your models?
Maroondah doesn't allow it; Eildon is tricky even for full size.
The three lakes where I have seen model rc boats in action: Cairnlea (Deer Park), Surrey Hills / Box Hill and Ringwood. All three are in the city.

Hi Roderick - Tickled pink to know that my poking at this qwerty thingy has resulted in a "post". As I mentioned in my intro, I am a newbie - so new that I am yet to build a steamer of some sort. However, to answer your question, I have it in mind to use the lake at Lilydale.
