Hi,
a friend of mine told me this link:

it is in German, but the link to the original swedisch website ist there, too. But this is heavy to read.
They do a complete reconstruction of this wooden PS including a new built of the mechanics and BEAM Steam engine. A very interesting project, I think. Hope they will let him run in a few years.

A very interesting project! be good to see the completed ship
Looks like it has what's often called a 'side-lever' engine (like a beam engine with the beam fitted low down, well below the shaft)

I got the answer from the webmaster, this ship will swim about juin ths year! Engine already had their first run under steam.
t´absolutely astonishing!

This is what was known as a fiddle-steamer, with the paddle wheels placed inboard, like the shape of a violin.
This was so it could pass through the locks on the Gota Canal
