LIGHT SHIPS
« on: May 20, 2008, 09:42:34 PM »
HI ALL.
BEING A NEWBIE .         HAVE PADDLERS EVER BEEN USED AS LIGHT SHIPS. IF SO ARE  OR WERE THEY TRADITIONAL SHAPE OF NARROW HULL OR BROADER, WITH A LESS POINTED BOW. REASON IVE AQUIRED 3FT LONG AND ABOUT 10 INCH DEEP FIBREGLASS COVER, APPROX 8 INCH WIDTH UNFORTUNATELY ITS SNUB NOSED AND HAS A STEEP TOP TO BOTTOM INNER  STERN RAKE THOUGH THAT IN ITS SELF IS NOT A PROBLEM. ITS THE SNUB NOSE (LIKE A PUSHER ) AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE.

If you post a photo of the hull, we may be able to come up with something suitable Casper...
