Hi Eddy,
One thing I have noticed, when there is a list of photos in a post in thumbnail size and we enlarge them, the scroll bar is on the bottom. Is there any way to have scroll bars for each photo?
Regards,
Gerald

Can't really say that I considered it a problem Gerald, but I take your point.....

I cannot get the code to put scrollbars for every image, but I have modified it so that it will open images in a new popup window when they are clicked on..... I think it's better - Comments?

Hi Eddy:

I prefer your method of photos popping up in a new window....my 2 cents worth....

I believe that the benefits of the pop-up technique outweigh the disadvantages.
I had just put up a series where it was nice seeing the two on the one screen, aligned vertically, but that isn't a frequent need.
With everything cached, going back for a repeat view was quick.
I am not sure if a repeat view of the popup version will be as quick, or if it will be a fresh load each time.

Two other simultaneous changes:
* Thumbnails now are grouped four abreast, making for compact viewing.  This is a good feature, but not exploited very often, as most posts don't have more than one image.
* Information about the number of views has vanished.  Boo Hiss.  It isn't critical from the perspective of a viewer, or a guest.  As a regular poster of photos, I like that feedback.  I don't need a special post just to say 'That was a great post Roderick', but the viewing stats gave unobtrusive, efficient and sufficient feedback.
