I would like to introduce myself to all off the members. My name is Ken Brockway, and I live in a small town just north of Albany, NY USA. I have been building models for the past 50 years. I am active in both UC and RC model airplanes{AMA5911). I have a large engine collection with well over a 1000 engines in my collection. At the present time I am building my own sidewheel paddleboat. It is about 22' long, steam powered. My hull is complete and I just finished a custom built trailer. I completed building the engine last year and will be building the boiler this Winter. I have a small web site where you may visit to see my progress....                           http://www.mysidewheeler.com. After the boiler project I will be building Dumas's Mt. Washington. I will keep the members informed.

Hi Ken.  Welcome to Paddleducks :).  Our webmaster Eddy is usually the first to say that but I beat him to it this time (by chance I hasten to add).  One of our Aussie members has already referred us to your website - quite a craft.  Where will you sail her :?:   I look forward to your updates.
Cheers from Bob Golder

Good to see you've joined us Ken - I just love your paddler! :)

Updates on your progress will be very welcome, as I'm sure a lot of our members will be interested to see it's progress and eventually see it sail. Your doing what a lot of us can only dream about...
