Yes, waverley does have those portholes, very useful for looking at the construction of the wheel, I don't know if all paddlers had them...
...I have photos taken by holding the camera at arms length out of the washroom porthole, the result is spectacular  :D
It's not possible now to stick ones head out as there are steel bars fitted to prevent it!
