Hi all,
Found this one available from www.puffinmodels.com
click on RCM-Pelikan Kits, scroll to boat photo at bottom of page, click on photo. You will find Bohemia a 900 mm Czech river steam boat. Kit inludes paddles, motor and gearbox.
Looks a snip at the price too.

hi Tony, I got this kit in June. Its a bit of a curates egg!  It is a collection of pretty good vac formings which make up into an atractive though simple model. Detail is a large well printed  self adhesive vinyl sheet of windows, doors paddle box sides hatches etc. The best part of it is a superb fully enclosed motor and gearbox which sits athwartship in a cradle with the paddle shaft already fitted. The instructions arent very good, though there is an excellent series of colour photos showing all stages of construction. A good reduced size plan is included which shows a lot of extra detail. I have started mine and it is going together fairly easily. This is a good first model for anyone new to vac formings and will result in a pleasant little model. I went to Puffin models and collected mine, they are avery friendly bunch. All the best, Walter.
Blessed are the "cracked" -for they let in the light for the rest of us.

I am new to paddle boats but have built a few r/c boats.
How good is this kit?
Does anyone know anything about the history of the vessel. I gather the steam engine is in the Deutsches museum in Dresden but what happened to the rest of it?

Regards
Daryl
