Transatlantic and other ocean-going paddlers

Greetings,

Are there any good books or other sources of information about trans-atlantic and other ocean-going paddlers? I have The First Atlantic Steamers and Transatlantic Paddle Steamers; any others?

Btw, apart from the Great Eastern, were there any ships that were both paddle- and screw-driven (sails, screw, and paddle wheels)?
(Heretical, but p'haps a good idea for a live steam paddler: electric back-up screw :-)

In the book review section I just now mentioned a book called 'American Steamships on the Atlantic' by Cedric Ridgely-Nevitt which covers that very subject.  Have a look.

I own this book. Very interesting the article about the hot air engined ocean paddler "Ericsson". This was the unique big ship with this kind of machinery.
The 3 pictures are probably the only preserved illustrations of this ship.
