Hi,
The "Claremont" would be a fascinating live steam model with the open visible boiler and engine.
In 1963 I made a plastic model of Lindbergh as a 10 year old boy, it was my very first model.
Little advice: If you`re interessted, have a look at my "Fulton`s Folly" in live steam!

Here a picture of my very first ship model of "Claremont", made in 1963, but later restored!

Not sure how it got a mixed up caption with the Ulanga, but it is a very nice model of the Claremont. I imagine it must have been to the people of those times, not much different than people seeing the Wright Bros aircraft for the first time --a game changing bit of technology.
