Problem up-loading pics to My Gallery

Good Morning new friends in the UK

I have been trying to up-load an image to MY Gallery, when I hit the "add pic" button, it shows the "I'm doing something icon then displays a blank page?

I'm obviously missing something basic here? I couldn't find an up-load tutorial?

I thank you in advance for your good help.

I assume you've figured out what to do since you now have pictures in your album?
