Ron..as one Canadian to another..welcome. I happen to love Sask and
particularly Saskatoon where I have spent some very enjoyable weekend
layovers between business trips. Please let us know if there are any
particular paddlers that ran in Saskatchewan that you are interested
in as I've not yet seen pictures of any before.

Yep..transitional paddlers are fascinating (especially military ones
which existed in so many Navies throughout the world) They give you
almost the best of both worlds. I'd love to see a SCALE SAIL R/C
sidewheeler one day. We have a buddy up in Modelboats@ Yahoo Groups
who runs the Scale Sailing Association which model some fantastic R/C
three masted sailing ships with all their sails fully operating.

I KNOW how cold it can get in Sask.. I've frozen those traditionally
vulnerable circular body parts on many occasions during Winters there.
However, they're great months for staying close to a log fire and
building R/C boats ready for the Summer.

Yes..me too..it's amazing how much I've learnt from our Paddleducks
all over the world. In fact I invite you to check out our archives,
files and folders section where you'll find all kinds of wonderful
paddler related stuff. I'm keen to learn more about Saskatchewan
paddlers so, when you get a moment, please feel free to post some
pictures and information in the files.

Again welcome and I look forward to hearing much more about
the "Prairie Paddlers"
