Hello world (from Devon)
« on: May 10, 2010, 12:46:08 AM »
Hi all,

I'm a wannabe steam modeller - I've made three engines so far and want to make one that is good enough to power a boat. I live in Newton Abbot, Devon and have just ordered a pillar drill as I am fed up of making do with my mini mill - lol.

Fascinating stuff Geoff - I'd love to see it in the flesh/metal sometime.

Rupert, I hope you can get to Crealy Park 20/6/10. Big sail day I shall be there. Follow the signs to the lakeside, don't go through the pay booths. R.G.Y.
