Paddle Steamer Preservation Society Archives.

The PsPs archives are now up and running in the very capable hands of Andrew Gladwell, though a great amount of the collection is growing rapidly. Every day new items arrive to be sorted, preserved and catalogued. The storeroom is in  The Dockyard Museum at Chatham and is only temporary. PsPs are strapped for cash so it is still in its early stages though one day all the items will be accessible. Visit:
       www.heritagesteamers.co.uk
for an insight into the tremeandous job that Andrew is doing and the future aims of the archives.
Andrew is very approachable and he will gladly answer any queries though as yet he has not been able to sort the rolls of plans which are stored there. Eddy and I have talked to Andy at at some time in the future we may be able to help him with supplying copies .  Remember PsPs is a charity and as well as the Archives money has to be found to keep three ships Running! So if in the future you avail yourselves of the archives, why not consider a small donation to this worthy cause or better still, join PsPs to keep waverley, kingswear Castle amnd balmoral running for many years to come. Regards, Walter.
