postage stamps into large scale plans

Here is another image resize/rasterizer program which can be done on-line or by downloading the Rasterbator--no that is not a typo.  This will help you--I think-- turn small drawings into workable larger plans. I have not tried this program but it seems similar to the other mentioned below.

The program  (posteizer in the downloads) which I put in the downloads section a week ago  works fine on Windows 98 if you have an older machine and will like work on new machines as well..

This program (rasterbator) requires at least Win 2000 and .NETframework.1.1 or 1.0 maybe. The output is good and if you look at the gallery on this link, it is amazing what can be done. So now you can turn your micro plans into wall-hangings if you desire.
Rather than fill up the system, I'm just leaving the link this time.

Looks like a Finnish piece of software.

I have now tried this  other program on line (rasterbator)  , but could not get the results that clearly hundreds of users have gotten--look at the gallery images. Some folks made posters as large as 80 A3 sheets.
For those needing a large drawing, I tested out the posterizer in the downloads more and it works fine for our kind of needs. scan your drawing 300-400 dpi, easily enlarges to 600 percent --that's 56 sheets of A3 sized paper. I had good luck using "lineart" 400 dpi and saving as tiff though many formats can be used. Grayscale takes up a lot of memory. Bit graphics are lower in memory use.
