Interesting small sidewheeler

This is an image I found somewhere on the net.  Unfortunately I managed to lose any information on the boat or even where I found it!  I just love this type of "primitive" paddler.  If anyone can shed some light on the boat I would be grateful.  If you are aware of similar boats I would be interested in links to them as well.  Thanks!
