Credit where credit is due

Hi all,
I just want to let everyone know a good company when you find one. I just recently purchased an Msoniks 15 ESC for my Phantom and just as I connected it up and switched it on it hissed at me and shot a stream of smoke out of the side, and as you all know when you let out the smoke and can't get it back in the thing won't work, so I resigned it to the back of my bench and I replaced it with a unit I took from another boat, and it worked after I installed it using the same setup. I thought for a while which is, for me sometimes, a different approach and sent of a email to Graham Sheppard of HUNTER SYSTEMS to explain what happened and if anyone else had a similar problem. He replied quite quickly with a no but to send the unit back for full replacement and they will forward the burnt unit on to Msoniks. This I did and tonite received an email to state he has sent the replacement to me via return mail. The service, I feel is fantastic, and I will be continuing my custom with them, so far I have 12 of my boats equipped with these units and I will be converting the others to them over time. I just wish more companies all over the world operated with the same business acumen.
