Vintage Style Schooner Design

Greetings,

After finishing my current (rather stalled) paddler project and a wooden Wonder footy, and thought I would design and build a vintage style schooner, something like this Paxton schooner, but it's been quite a while since I last tried to design a sailing boat and a schooner is definitely terra incognita, so I would appreciate some useful hints, book suggestion, etc.

(I've been liberated from this particular delusion, so please disregard the above question; I'll try to design another freelance paddler instead, but my inspiration seems to have dried up.)
