Title: Sad News

Hi Gents,

I?m sorry to share some sad news. Dad, @DamienG (https://www.paddleducks.co.uk/smf/index.php?action=profile;u=3750), passed away last night.

Some of you may have noticed that he had been very quiet on the forum recently. His dementia had been getting worse, and he had not been able to log in since December.

I know this forum meant a lot to him, and he enjoyed being part of the modelling community here. Thank you to everyone who made it such a welcoming place for him over the years.

The forum will continue to be hosted and maintained as usual, so there are no worries there. If anyone has any issues with the site or needs help, please feel free to message either Eddy or me.

I?ll also be organising some forum upgrades over the next few weeks, as the software is a bit behind the current release.

Thanks again to everyone here for being part of something Dad cared about.

I'm really sorry to hear of your dads passing Damien, may he rest in peace...
