Title: Live steam model "Hjeilen" from old kit.
Post by: Hankwilliams on September 19, 2020, 06:00:20 AM
Our new member ChrisB wrote last week, that he is building the "Hjeilen" paddler from the old kit. May be, in this coherence my "Hleilen" will be quite interesting - she was also build from the kit in scale 1 : 32. The little model is steamdriven with a tiny "Ministeam", bore and stroke 6 x 6 mm, made by Mr. Hielscher from Wuppertal. The model without the big roof shows the little paddler in her origin condition in the first years after building 1861. The wheels are geared and made of 0,5 mm brass.
There is a problem to post some picture now - I will first see, whether I can post this text.
