Hi guys, I have a 1:48 scale model of the CSPCo "Jeanie Deans" , but I'm having trouble sourcing crew and passengers. I'm based in Scotland but will source from anywhere! Any help would be much appreciated - thanks in advance!

Figures for 'O' gauge railways would be suitable sized. You should find loads of those on Ebay.

Thanks, yes I had thought of that, but can't find figures that would pass as officers or seamen. I suppose I could jiggle a Stationmaster to look like a Skipper!

Hi Suilven.
I have used these on my Dromedary.
They are a Victorian crew figures.
Just need to paint them.
Have a look at. www.chyldshallmodelshipyard.com

A company called Eduard make American deck crew to 1/48th in shirt sleeve order which are very good because they're all in working poses.
There's also http://www.omen-miniatures.com/index.php They have a specific range of merchant ships crew.

Watch when ordering O gauge figures. Orders some years back and they were 1/43 scale, package marked O gage RR figures.
