Title: Paddle ferry circa 1860's ?

Aron the admin of RC model boats posted this Gem a few minutes ago no details except his local lake in Cornwall UK I'm awaiting details.

It was taken at Millbrook lake (Sunday just gone) during our open day, owned by a member of the Plymouth MBC.
