Building Oscar W from Float a Boat plans. Can anyone point me to advise on setting up drive from electric motor with single shaft to both paddle wheels.

Doug.........the Surry Park model boating club in Victoria have possibly the largest collection of Australian river model paddlers
You will find the AA, Pevensey, Decoy and a few others on their WEB site.....these guys would be a good starting point for an electric drive
I also have the F a B plans for the Oscar W as drawn in 1:24, however the cabin structure would hide my steam plant, so have enlarged the PS Adelaide plans from 1:24 to 1:20 which will accommodate my steam plant & due to the simplicity of the structure will make it viewable..............
PS...the hull shown is my 25 year old PS Decoy......& the steam plant is too large for this hull..................Derek
