Due to some technical issues my log of the bogs standard has been lost. :darn (http://:darn)  I will post what pictures I have an continue this log.

Since my last post I have mounted the Steam Chest, cleaned up the Bearings for a better look instead of just lumps, and changed the Cylinder caps to Studs vice the bolt configuration.    My next challange will be to finish the Spool Valves and eccentric straps. ;D

Yes....."bogs" Mr John Moore would be very pleased to see another build.......from 'junk materials'   :hammer as he termed it....... Derek  :beer

I could have never gotten this far without John Moore's Build Log and Drawing, he truly is a "Master".  Wish him well when you see him again, and let him know he has "World Wide Followers"

To date this has been the most challenging part that I have made.  Many mistakes, tool not sharp enough, Lathe not set up properly, not measuring correctly etc, etc.  As you can see from the picture I did get alot of practice in making the spool valves. :o

However with a lot of practice I have been successful in making 2 usable spool valves, and have started making the eccentric straps.
