Title: PS Melbourne centenary 2012 DVD.

Did any one who ordered the PS Melbourne centenary DVD at the rally back in 2012 ever receive it? Back in October 2012 they said it was still in production. Now they won't even reply to emails. Looks like I've been done.

Mine didn't arrive either.  I was too busy through 2013 to chase it up.
