Did anyone catch Friday's 'Flog It!'?
In a clip from Shanklin (I think) two young enthusiasts were auctioning a brass artefact from a paddler. It seemed to be some kind of control frame cover for the engine controls. It fetched a few hundred pounds.
Because I missed the start of the feature the details escaped me but these gents are resoring/have restored a small paddler (and the picture of it they showed is the same as one that appears on here in the random selection).
Can anyone enlighten me on this item and the restoration project please?
