Title: Mac's butter shortbread (Australia)
Post by: Roderick Smith on February 21, 2012, 11:58:36 AM
My regular deckhand gave me a Christmas tin of shortbread, featuring PS Emmylou.
Each year, the company produces a range of specialty tins with embossed lids.
Most are of vintage cars & trucks, there are more paddleboats and a conventional ferry, trams and a train, dogsleds, and traditional Scottish castle, and some Australian landscapes.

The factory is at Kerang (Victoria).  See <www.macsshortbread.com.au>
Inside is a link to a five page catalog of gift tins.
AFAIK it covers all of the ones on the catalog in my tin, but I enclose a mini version just in case.
