i found this postcard on ebay, i never saw this paddler, has one of you any information about it?

Just a pure guess, without the slightest evidence:
Since this is obviously no passenger carrying boat - could this possibly be the Maffei built tugboat, used for towing brick laden barges for the construction of Herrenchiemsee Castle by King Ludwig II?
