Browse through the thread near the bottom: 'General discussion, large'.  Some are pedal.
There was a really good one offered through eBay a few years ago, but I suspect that photos of it won't be in any part of Paddleducks.
There is a Canadian maker of moulded-plastic pedal boats which may offer inspiration.
The ones with which I grew up had a chain drive from the pedal shaft to the paddle shaft (two paddles).
The trend now is for twin hulls, and direct drive to a single paddle between the hulls.

The Pelican is built in Canada.

Thanks for your time Roderick, I should have been more specific. What I really need are instructions on how to build a paddle wheel to move my raft with peddal power.

I found the photos of the sternwheeler, and have put them in a new topic in the full-size thread.
The paddle in my Pelican photo is hidden: www.paddleducks.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=3547.msg29809#msg29809
There is also a whole section on paddle design.
There should be no difference in concept between pedal and other, but you do have to get the size right or the power requirement will be beyond human ability.
