I just saw on the local news that the SS Sheildhall, based in Southampton, is not allowed to carry passengers beyond 'the dock'? The news said something about an 'EU Regulation'....Does anyone know more on this?

From the SHIELDHALL website (http://www.ss-shieldhall.co.uk)...
Latest:
There was an announcement on BBC TV News in the morning of Thursday 25th March implying that the SS Shieldhall will no longer be able to sail outside Southampton Docks. This statement was made without authority is completely incorrect.
