There are four references to this boat in Paddleducks, one of which is in a lengthy list of preserved paddlesteamers.

I got to
GRÓF SZÉCHENYI RENDEZVÉNYHAJÓ, which seems to translate as Green Hill. It is paddle, but I suspect diesel.

But your last link doesn't look like Kossuth...I think it's MPV Stadt Wien, in regular service until about 1995 and now a restaurant which occasionally sails on summer Saturdays.

GROF SZECHENYI is the former DDSG diesel paddler STADT PASSAU, sister of STADT WIEN. Both were built in 1939

GRÓF SZÉCHENYI is the name of a historically importnat 19th century Hungarian obleman, for whom the vessel is named. Gróf is the quivalent of the German Graf.
GRÓF SZÉCHENYI RENDEZVÉNYHAJÓ means something like GRÓF SZÉCHENYI EVENTS.

Akos is a prolific tram photographer who has popularised his home city with tram enthusiasts worldwide.
This paddle vessel was simply an exotic foreground for him, and he is happy to share it with Paddleducks. He posted: '...the odd-one-out: route 2 can't be seen, but it's there, in a tunnel behind the embankment. However, the side-wheeler in the foreground and the building of Corvinus University might make it up for that, even with the signs of the M4 metro construction works (crane, container, portaloos, etc) in front of the facade.
Post edit: I ran it through Google Translate: Gróf Széchenyi Rendezvényhajó = Count Szechenyi Event Boat.
