I forgot, the Material is Fibreglass 2mm Diameter 27cm CNC Cut from a Friend.

That's superb Jörg, I'm really looking forward to seeing this monster at our Paddler Day.....
You seem to go from one extreme to the other.... From the tiny little models that you showed us last year, to this leviathon! ( I hope that translates into German okay? )
Please keep us informed of your progress, I'm sure a lot of our members will be interested!
Regards
Eddy

Just put some extra paddlewheels on the front of the Lulonga and tow it behind the van Hans ;)

Ok lets make 4Wheel Drive and i Pull the Transit :hehe :hehe :hehe
-
You need six wheels Joerg,
two at the front and four at the back, otherwise you cant pull my van ::)
-
There are only 9 weeks to go until the Paddler Day Joerg, so you'll be rushing as much as I am with the Sir William Wallace trying to get the model finished in time!!
My model definitely wont be complete, but it will be sailing - I can add the final detail stuff later.... There's just too much to do, and not enough time :(

Very impressive Joerg, I'm looking forward to seeing the model on the water.... Where did you get the figures from, and what scale are they?

Eddy

Hi Eddy
The Figures came from a german Manufacture the name is Preiser, the Scale is 1:25 but realy Expensive.I start to Weather the model today.I hope its ready next week (work on details).Wat does your Ferrie?

Looking good, not to be critical at all but I think the paddlewheels are on backwards, they're usually set up so the spokes of the wheel push the floats through the water (when going forward) then the stress is not on the fixing bolts...if that makes any sense... :-\
easily changed though... and at least it's on the water - unlike my own effort which is still on the bench!
