Title: paddler JEANIE DEANS blog
Post by: sandystrone on December 07, 2008, 09:32:27 AM
If you log on to the Model Boats website, Bob Abel has started to build the JEANIE as she was in wartime.
She started off as a minesweeper and then as an anti aircraft vessel in the Thames estuary before returning to the Clyde.
My father was a stoker on her when she was mineseeping.
Bob has already built a model of JEANIE to my plans, as she was at the end of her career.
