Hi there,
I have an enduring interest in paddle steamers, having been brought up in Scotland and spent many hours sailing on steamers such as Jeanie Deans, Waverley etc.
Whilst living in the Middle East, I built a 54'' R/C model of the Waverley using the MM plans. The hull was glass fibre from a mould which I constructed. This model was sold several years ago to a gentleman from Glasgow who had sailed on that vessel many times.
Having recently retired I now have the time to start modelling again and would like to build another model of a Clyde paddler.

Hi Pete, welcome aboard
I too have a love for the old Clyde steamers, and having just disposed of 2 of them to our moderators, I'm left with my WAVERLEY and JEANIE DEANS
