I was in Grimsby yesterday, visiting the Fishing Heritage Centre, with my grandaughter. Whilst waiting to go on the "Ross Tiger" we had a look at the "Lincoln Castle". She has been moved a bit further along the dock and now stands firmly on a gravel bank. The access gangways have been removed and she is obviously undergoing some form of refurbishment. I thought that the stbd paddle wheel had been removed but is plainly visible in situe now. The port wheel is plainly visible and I was able to get a photo showing the feathering gear, which I will upload when I fathom out how to do it.
