I doubt if the Forum Preserved Paddle Ships will be appropriate for much longer:
According to http://erieshipnews.blogspot.com/2008/03/lansdowne-sold-for-scrap.html , the Lansdowne (or the remains of the once mighty sidewheel carferry Lansdowne), which sank twice during the last three winters, will be scrapped soon. What a shame! :'(
