The Creole Queen by Dumas and the Delta Queen by Saito are the only two I know at that size, both sternwheelers...

how about a graupner Glasgow? it's less than 4' (about one metre, it says) but is supposed to be able to take a steam plant...

If I do a search (for 'graupner glasgow') on google, I get several results - but they are in the UK or USA, could you not try a search from your own computer (I'm assuming it'll give the most local ones first....)
