This is only a design concept. I have allowed space for steam equipment, but if I build it (highly unlikely) I would use diesel. The name comes from the street in which I live.
13 m x 3.6 m x 0.6 m (or 0.9 m?) IIRC, I went for 30 cm draft and 30 cm freeboard.
By recessing the bedrooms into the hull, I could bring the height down (improving stability). The lounge kitchen dining area gets the views.
I put the toilet shower laundry upstairs, giving gravity drainage to the sullage tanks.
The forward bunk room (two double bunks) is for kids; the rear stateroom (double bed) is for the owner; the dinette upstairs converts to a double bed for guests.
The generous engine room has space for bikes, freshwater & sullage tanks and bulk stores, as well as the engine.
