Title: Ouch!!
Post by: Eddy Matthews on November 15, 2006, 10:25:00 AM
Guess who was drilling a motor mount (admittedly for a hovercraft) and drilled straight into his finger!

This modelling lark isn't as safe as we sometimes think!!! Though this is the first time I've done something quite this daft!

Hope you got it attended to, Eddy. The last time I did anything like that (serious Stanley knife wound) I ended up in hospital for four days on an anti-biotic drip after it became infected - and it was my birthday!

That's the way Rick, cheer me up! :)

Honestly, although I sat there thinking "what a plonker", it's only really a flesh wound - It bled quite a bit, but I don't think it needs further attention - At least I hope not!!

I've had a tetanus jab within the last few years, so I think I'll survive - But one things for sure, I won't be doing it again in a hurry!
