Hello all, I came across this site which has a set of drawings for a full sized yet mini river cruising sternwheeler. Inclusion of this was inspired by the photo of a trail-able sternwheeler in Towboatjoes collection.
I hope you like it, I'm inclined to go with one of their other plans for "Judge Hooker" a mini harbour tug, anyway the link is
