Title: Not A Paddler
Post by: Bob Golder on September 29, 2006, 03:50:03 AM
Hi again all.  I found yet another old photo.  Although not a paddler the "preserved" steam tug TID 164 was, on 13 July 3002, a close neighbour of John H Amos being moored on the medway a few hundred yards up river from the Chatham slip.  Incidentally, for those who've never been to the Historic Dockyard, the metal bridge seen in the background is the link from shore to Thunderbolt Pier, the home base of PS Kingswear Castle.
